The rooms were clean, tidy, and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and bedding. It’s a high-rise in a convenient spot, an easy walk from Robinsons Mall and other amenities. Great value. I’d recommend it and would stay again if I were in the area.

The location made getting around easy: Robinsons Place Manila is only a few meters away, with plenty of food and bars nearby, and Manila Ocean Park and Manila Zoo are close too. We booked the PREMIER STUDIO with Kitchen for five nights, December 28 to January 2, through Agoda. It was my first time using Agoda, and I found a good deal for a longer stay. We were on the 33rd floor, and for New Year’s Eve we could open the window and step onto the balcony to watch an absolutely wild fireworks display. It made my first stay in Metro Manila unforgettable. Everything in the room worked and was clean, though I did spot tiny cockroaches under the bed, perhaps because the room hadn’t been occupied for a while. Otherwise, comfort and cleanliness weren’t an issue. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so my partner worked remotely without trouble. We booked that day and didn’t get an in-house parking spot at first. While waiting, we paid around ₱100 a day to park a few blocks away, and the car was safe. When a hotel spot opened, we moved inside right away. The parking area slopes uphill, but our Mitsubishi Xpander handled it easily. Staff were accommodating and straightforward, delivered what was promised, and responded well to requests. I had a wonderful stay, great value, amazing views, and would consider coming back.

It’s a handy spot for tourists, with lots of attractions nearby and a mall right across the street. Getting around from the hotel is easy.

We chose this hotel because of its reviews and photos, but it was a huge letdown. The bathroom and kitchen were extremely dirty, and there were lots of cockroaches. Old furniture wouldn’t bother me, but cleanliness should come first. This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, which is the only reason I’m giving one star. I don’t recommend it, and the website photos can’t be trusted.
