I spent three days and three nights here. For my first booking, I paid 1,2k for 12 hours as a walk-in and got a room on the second floor. It was okay, but had no hot or cold water, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. For the next two nights I used Oyo and paid 1,841, which was cheaper than walking in. I told the two girls how noisy the second floor was, so they moved me to the fourth. That room looked older and had no mirror. I thought it might be quieter, but it was worse. Around 2-3am on my last night, a man tried to open my door while laughing with what I think were two girls. I was scared, and there wasn’t a room phone to call the front desk. I’d initially thought I’d recommend this place, but after that experience, I can’t. Please improve it. It didn’t feel safe even with a guard, and there are plenty of nearby competitors with better value and safety.

My husband called me in the middle of the night because staff knocked on his door and claimed he had already stayed 48 hours, though he’d only been there 24. He arrived in Manila at 12am on May 20, but they said he checked in on May 19. The receipt they gave him clearly showed May 20. The receptionist and guard still insisted he had checked in the day before and even spoke to them about “honesty.” It felt as if they were making fun of him, and the receptionist seemed to be cheating them. If you plan to book this inn, stay vigilant.

The place is clean and decent, with easy access to public transport. The room is pretty standard and suited to a short stay. Booking through the Oyo app makes the price affordable.

For the price, it’s okay. Our room had no exhaust fan or hot shower, and there was no CCTV around the premises. The walls are part wood and part concrete, so you can hear people in the next room.
