The room was great, as was the room service. One receptionist, though, wasn’t accommodating and needs customer care training. All I heard from her was “hindi pwede.”

The customer service was excellent, from the managers to the five lovely receptionists. I lost my passport, and the receptionists helped me sort out my documents. Thanks again for the help.

We just wanted a quiet night to rest, but reception called to ask for our car’s plate number after we’d checked in. They should have asked before that. It made our stay really difficult. I can’t recommend this terrible service, and they need to change it.

The location made sightseeing really easy. Fort Santiago, Manila Cathedral, and Rizal Park were just a quick ride away, and having a mall next door meant restaurants and shops were close too. We had a lovely family stay. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment we arrived, and our room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
