A great spot for a Binondo trip, close to all the hot spots and reasonably priced :)

You can ask for a quiet room if you want to sleep, and still be close to Binondo's main food spots. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Ongoing, with a popular seafood restaurant next door. The room was nice, better than the dingy rooms in Ongpin like First Hotel. There's a refundable 1500 deposit. Wi-Fi was average, but I had a pleasant stay.

It's a simple, peaceful place with a decent, very clean room. The old-fashioned look has a bit of charm 💛. There's no bidet, but they have a tabo and tissue. The location isn't especially convenient for shopping, with no convenience store or grocery nearby. A 7/11 is three streets away, and the area gets dirty when it rains. Even so, I was satisfied with my stay.

One older front desk staff member was unfriendly to my visitors who were waiting in the lobby, so we moved our meeting to my room. The way she handled it was unpleasant: she spoke Tagalog to my visitors, but not to me, to stop my meeting. She was also the same person who asked every day if my room needed cleaning. The old owner said something to me while I was waiting for a ride outside the hotel. His stiff expression, glance, lack of a smile, and no eye contact made his tone seem unhappy to me.
