Heroes Hotel

The superhero theme gave the hotel a fun feel for kids and grown-up kids alike, and the aesthetic was different from other hotels. We accidentally booked a superior room with two separate beds, but the kind receptionist gave us a room with a larger bed together, which we really appreciated. The bed felt like five-star quality, the shower was great, and pool towels were in the room. They also gave us two welcome cocktail drinks. The rooftop pool was interesting with its lights. It was my first time booking here, and I gave it a try after seeing the high ratings and good feedback. The stay was 10/10, and we'll definitely come back. Thanks for the great service!

I stayed for a week and ate at the rooftop restaurant every day. Everything I tried was excellent, portions were generous, and the prices were good. The rooftop bar was a bonus too, with good bartenders and prices. I also enjoyed the clean, sparkling pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and game room. I had a better experience here than at the Hilton in Manila. My room was pristine, new, and quiet despite being by a highway. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows, the shower got extra hot, and the aircon was ice cold. The TV had every app I needed. Staff were five-star for sure. There's a reasonably priced restaurant and bar on the rooftop, and a 711 right next door. The area felt safe, with local police stationed nearby. The hotel has a collector theme, with sports, comic, and other memorabilia throughout. Of the hotels I've stayed at across five Southeast Asian countries, this is the best. I'd recommend it whether you're in town for a while or just on a layover. Thank you, Heroes Hotel!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly, and the kind, accommodating staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. They greeted us with “Mabuhay!” and a smile. I had an amazing stay, and the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommend it.

I think we were given a defective keycard. It needed to be changed, but the issue wasn't addressed.
