The staff were nice, and the small gym was enough for what I needed. The location works well for Malate, even if it's not a great area to stay in. My bathroom sometimes smelled of drains, and the air conditioning made the room more humid. Still, I could open the window during the day, which was great. There's no fridge, and breakfast choices are very limited. I had a great stay overall, with only minor drawbacks. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5.

We brought our medium sized dog without any hassle, just paid the pet fee. The place is pet friendly and conveniently close to a major mall, with restaurants and other things nearby. It's near a university in a mostly residential area, so it isn't too crowded. We stayed in a spacious, neat two bedroom room, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The kitchenette had a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, cookware, plates, and utensils, plus a dining table. I only wished there were a couch for a more homey feel. Best staycation, and we'll definitely come back.

Facilities get three: the halls and elevator are narrow, there's no pool, and free parking is limited, so you may need to find a spot on the street. I gave service four stars because no one helped look for parking. Cleanliness gets three, as I saw small cockroaches on a restaurant table.
