The location is good, and the staff are helpful, but I wasn’t satisfied with much else. There’s no elevator, so you have to take the stairs no matter which floor you’re on. The room was okay for sleeping, though the bathroom was so tiny I could hardly move. We got a sheet instead of blankets, and the shower barely gave any water. I ended up filling used plastic bottles so I could wash myself.

It’s cheaper than other places, so don’t expect much from the rooms. If you only need somewhere to sleep and want to save money for other expenses, this hotel could work. The location is very good, beside Binondo Church and Ongpin, with street food easily accessible. But the place didn’t look as good as the pictures, and although there were lots of Wi-Fi networks, none had a connection. The shower worked, though the water flow wasn’t very good.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby in Binondo, which is a plus. The hotel itself needs work, though. Water supply was low, the facilities should be renovated, and the hotel should be cleaned. The elevator permit also needs updating.

The location near Binondo’s food stalls was fine, but the stay fell far short of what we expected. It didn’t match what the CSR I spoke with had described, and we decided not to check in after booking online. We were quoted a 30% charge for an 8:00 am early check-in, but on arrival they charged 100 per hour instead, so we paid more than we’d been told. Coordination between the CSR and hotel staff was poor. The room, number 305, hadn’t been cleaned. There were no bath towels or toiletries, the headboard was damaged, and we saw blood stains on the bed. My wife’s legs got itchy from the blanket, which seemed to have bugs. The air conditioning wasn’t working at all, and we couldn’t get a proper connection to the hotel Wi-Fi.

We only used the hotel for a few hours to leave our bags, rest, and shower, and the location worked well. It’s very basic and had quite a bad smell inside. For one night or a short stop at this price, it can do the job. I should judge it with what we paid in mind.
