Pearl Blossom Hotel by OYO Rooms

I've been coming here for more than three years, and the staff used to be friendly and accommodating. Today was different. A receptionist made a clerical mistake, and then Lando, one of the room attendants, took over the receptionist's job. He spoke to me on the phone rudely and disrespectfully, and was very condescending. He doesn't seem to have the training needed for hospitality work. That experience is why I'm leaving this review and won't return. I hope Management updates me about my complaint soon. I don't think Lando deserves the job, and feel other people could do it better.

Honestly, choosing this hotel was a mistake. The room was tiny and cost 1200 pesos, and it was dirty. The washroom hadn't been flushed, there was some lady's hair on the bed, and the room hadn't been cleaned. I checked out as soon as I could, after 10 hours, but was still charged the full amount. I wouldn't recommend it to travelers. It feels basically like a hookup hotel.

The room was as good as expected, really nice and clean.

The receptionist was rude.
