I wish I’d read the reviews before booking. We paid for a VIP room, but it didn’t feel VIP at all. It smelled awful when we walked in, the foam mattress was too soft, the pillows were very hard, and the towel smelled bad too. The toilet was filthy, and nothing in the room seemed up to hotel standards. If a negative zero rating were possible, I’d give it. The air conditioner was terribly noisy, so my husband turned it off because he wasn’t feeling well. During our 12-hour stay I couldn’t sleep. We could also clearly hear a woman shouting during sex in the next room. Never again.

I was honestly scared for my life during this overnight stay. I paid Php 979. Checking in through the app with gcash and checking out were easy, but everything else was bad. The room hadn’t been swept, the bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear ‘anay’ eating through the bedframe. The toilet didn’t look properly cleaned either. They didn’t give me a room key, they just opened the door for me. Never again.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They opened the room for me but didn’t give me a key, and when I went outside I had to go through check-in again. It was frustrating, and I didn’t feel safe outside the building.
