I found the place quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to focus and relax while resting or studying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were orderly and kept neat. Whenever I had a concern, the workers were kind, respectful, and easy to approach. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it for the comfortable atmosphere and excellent service.

The owner and his family made us feel welcome, and he was friendly and helpful throughout. He even brought us some traditional food to try. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the main sightseeing spots weren't too far away. Grab drivers could find the place easily too. On the second day, the air-con stopped working, but he moved us to another room right away so it could be fixed. We had a wonderful time at the hostel. Thanks for having us and for a great experience! 🙏

The room and bathroom were clean and really nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. I felt completely safe staying here since it’s close to a police station. I had a great visit and have recommended S & M Transient to my friends and family. Thanks again for the wonderful service, keep it up! 😀 -Rosalie Gutierrez -Former OFW, Dubai
