There’s no kitchen, but each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning, a fan, and personal lockers. Rooms have bunk beds and sleep two to four people. The cafeteria also works as a study space, and there’s free Wi-Fi with no water issues. A guard is on duty around the clock. The dorm is easy to reach on foot: two blocks from Espanya and Legarda LRT, and three blocks from Victory Liner Sampaloc. It’s also very accessible to Ubelt.

I booked for November 21-22, after the Manila Rally on Nov 16-18, and there was still rally trash in the room. That’s my proof they don’t clean it. The beds were itchy, the floors dirty, and the walls moldy. I saw cockroaches on the walls, and although smoking isn’t allowed, the place smelled like smoke. The Wi-Fi might as well not exist, just like their mops. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here. What a great place to stay, back when it first opened. I’m writing in English for the foreigners I saw checking in and for anyone thinking of booking. November 2025.

The place is decent, but there’s no water at all. How are you supposed to shower or use the toilet? Even a bucket would’ve helped, but there wasn’t one. The TV is just decoration too, it doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi and has no channels. That’s the worst, water is a basic necessity.

There’s a cafe, laundry shop, and study area here. Seems like a good option for students, people preparing for exams, and travelers staying for a while or just passing through.

Take this place as a last resort. Nearby, you can rent rooms about four times bigger for two-thirds of the price. The room here is very small for six, and there’s a rule against using the balcony, even though it could be a good place to study. Electrical safety is poor: a plug short-circuited for a few seconds, but the breaker didn’t trip. The guards are there around the clock, but they sleep after midnight. I wouldn’t recommend it for people preparing for exams.
