The location is handy, close to the LRT station, restaurants, other services, and lots of convenience stores. Most of the amenities are there.

Front desk staff member sharon behaved in an unprofessional, discriminatory, and abusive way.

The receptionist, and management too, were poor at explaining the hotel rules. They and the other staff seem to lack training. Chinese guests were their only priority, while students who wanted to stay weren’t prioritized. Most importantly, they didn’t put the tenants’ safety first.
