The location is handy, close to the LRT station, restaurants, other services, and lots of convenience stores. Most of the amenities are there.

We needed somewhere to stay at short notice, and the place had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, and all the staff were polite and helpful.

We stayed here under iSuites Hotel management, and it’s been a year without our security deposit being returned.

Front desk staff member sharon behaved in an unprofessional, discriminatory, and abusive way.

The receptionist, and management too, were poor at explaining the hotel rules. They and the other staff seem to lack training. Chinese guests were their only priority, while students who wanted to stay weren’t prioritized. Most importantly, they didn’t put the tenants’ safety first.
