The security team was thorough, even checking our cab before we left to make sure nothing had been forgotten. Staff were kind, breakfast had lots of choice, and the skywalk connects the hotel to Terminal 3. I also liked the reusable glass bottle and the strong shower pressure. The room was clean but quite small, and the upgrade didn't feel worth the extra cost. It mainly meant a higher floor and some snacks and juice. There wasn't a comfortable chair for working, and the bathroom was cramped, with the shower curtain sticking to me. The included massage was disappointing too. The spa didn't feel relaxing, and the masseuse talked about her personal matters for the whole session. There were no robes or changing rooms, so I had to undress in front of her, which felt very uncomfortable. I'd skip that massage and go to the place about a block away instead. The staff there were professional and the atmosphere much calmer. If you need a few extra hours, booking a full day costs about the same. I liked the cleanliness and helpful staff, as long as you're fine with the compact room, but I'd pass on the massage.

Our connecting rooms made things easy for the family, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast. This was my second stay at Belmont Hotel, chosen again for its location and value, but the staff's warmth is what made the trip memorable. At check-in around 8:00 PM on February 6th, one of the two front desk women helped arrange a late checkout until 1:00 PM. That made leaving much less stressful. While I was checking in, I stepped away briefly to sort out a little sibling rivalry between my kids. The duty manager, or senior staff member in a different uniform, checked on me when I returned and asked if I was all right. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. She also arranged someone to help take our luggage to the room, which was a big help while traveling with children. Please pass on my thanks to the team. People like them are why Belmont Hotel Manila is our first choice when we fly back to Taiwan. We hope to return.

Newport World Resorts is just a short walk away for food and entertainment. The hotel itself is a convenient choice for the airport, with a direct connection to Terminal 3, so getting there was easy. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff were caring and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I also loved the massage, a great way to relax before traveling. I'd come back whenever I need a hotel near the airport.

It was our first stay at Belmont Hotel, and every team we dealt with made us feel looked after. Reception, the concierge, entrance and security staff, room attendants, housekeeping, and the spa therapists were all welcoming and considerate of our requests. Their professionalism and hospitality made the visit more enjoyable than we'd expected. We're very satisfied, would gladly return, and would recommend Belmont Hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, memorable stay. Thank you for such a lovely visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The meal and service were great, and I was happy with my stay. After a long trip, check-in was quick and easy. Thanks especially to the security guard who helped with my luggage and walked me to the check-in counter. My flight back to Australia was at 8:50 PM, while checkout was at noon. I asked if I could stay two more hours, but that wasn't possible. I understand, and it's no problem. I'll probably book again. Thanks for the kind service.
