We were polite about our simple requests and weren't expecting much, but the event service was still disappointing. We had around 100 guests and were given fewer than 10 bottles of water because, we were told, they had no pitchers. The waiter we asked was sitting casually, as if providing it wasn't his responsibility. We later learned the night staff were on-call servers and there was no manager around. The venue is spacious enough for conferences and events, but the service staff seemed untrained and didn't know how to do their jobs. They should take this seriously if they want clients to return.

A neat, affordable resort with plenty of green plants and a nice atmosphere. It has room to walk around, and the fresh air and scenery make it a lovely place to spend time with family or friends. They host birthday parties, seminars, team building, and other events. My favorite place so far. Highly recommended!

We stayed overnight, and the place was quite nice, with a pool, garden, a few buildings, and good rooms. People greeted us at the building entrance. It seems suited for seminars, birthdays, and weddings too. I really liked how quiet it was, though it felt almost too quiet, like there weren't many guests around. Maybe the reviews have given the resort a bad reputation, but that's just a guess. I wish there were more people there. Still, I enjoyed the stay.

The restaurant food was good, including the breakfast buffet, and the view is great. The room was spacious, though there was no cabinet for clothes or shoe rack, and the AC remote was broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature. The property is still being developed. I hope they improve the bumpy, stony road to the rooms and hotel because getting there is difficult.

A beautiful, cozy place for a birthday party or seminar. And congrats on the best customer service I've experienced so far. The staff made the space feel welcoming and went above and beyond to make guests feel special.
