DDD Habitat Bacolod Apartments

The price was very affordable, and I appreciated how understanding the customer service officer/cashier was and how well she judged the situation. The water smelled rusty, though, so the pipes need replacing. Also, guests arriving late at night need a caretaker who knows enough to help them properly. There should be a security guard, or at least a caretaker inside the dorm at night, to keep guests safe.

It was a nice stay overall, and the hotel is very convenient to central Bacolod. The rooms are spacious, and each one has a big CR. The faucet and shower are already very rusty, though, and the water smells of rust. I'd advise replacing both.

They were gracious enough to put a bookstore right next to the hotel, but that was the only bright spot. I paid before boarding my flight so they'd know I was coming, since my trip was running a little late. When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was no one I could reach. I'm still waiting for the refund, which they never sent. I haven't stayed at any of their places since, and I'd advise others to do the same.

The room was big, but really dirty, especially the CR. The water smelled awful, there was garbage and a used towel left in the cabinets, and the rusty shower was useless. If you want somewhere clean and comfortable, look elsewhere.
