Needed a room at short notice for an unexpected stay today, and luckily the hotel replied quickly and was very affordable. Our room was spacious and the AC worked well. The CR and TV could use a few updates, but overall we had a great stay. I'd recommend it. There are bars nearby, yet the place still feels safe. :)

The booking is nonrefundable. When we arrived, we didn't even try to go inside the lounge or lobby because the front looked haunted and abandoned. Seems like the other reviews are accurate.

The only real plus was being near the main road, though the alley felt suspicious. The room was a bit dirty, there were no toiletries, and the AC wasn't working. You could hear the staff talking outside the room, and a bar or mini bar blasted music until 5 a.m. The surroundings were so loud I couldn't sleep.

There are a few eateries around, and an i-mart across the main road, Lacson Street. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a kitchenette with a water tap basin. The double twin beds are long and comfortable, and the AC is good. Water pressure, though, is bad.
