I’d already paid through Agoda, but the hotel never refunded me and kept sending me back to Agoda. I contacted them, and I still haven’t received the money. I booked because Agoda showed rooms available, yet when I arrived the hotel was full and made no effort to help, even though the booking system was clearly at fault. The reception staff and manager were unhelpful, ignorant, and arrogant.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby since food is no longer available here. It’s inexpensive, but avoid the cheaper rooms without windows. I got sick from the dirty AC unit. The neighborhood also feels sketchy after dark, with lots of strip clubs and prostitutes around.

At P880.00 a night, this is a fair price, and the room is spacious enough for one or two people. It should suit people who aren’t too particular. It’s near Light Mall, some bars, convenience stores, and especially the main road. The economy package includes air conditioning, good lighting, a soft, large bed, cable channels, hot and cold shower, and free wifi 😄👍

After a horrible stay at another property, we checked in here because the rates were cheaper. The AC worked well and the room was clean. We’d booked for three and paid the extra guest fee, but the additional bedding they brought was just laid on the floor.

This hotel badly needs updating. Some rooms have no water, so you can end up renting one where you can’t use the CR or take a shower.
