Park Inn By Radisson Bacolod

The buffet breakfast was great and worth the cost, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Edmark at the front desk deserves a shoutout, along with our room attendants Daren, Reese, and Carl, who helped with the room and made everything nice. The room was spotless, too, and they moved us when we asked on arrival. Another fantastic experience here, as always. Thanks, everyone!

Having direct access to the mall made everything so convenient, and we'll definitely come back. Jofrence, our Housekeeping Supervisor, was wonderful, always smiling and friendly, and made sure the room was spotless and well maintained. Edmark at the Front Office was just as helpful and polite, always greeting us with a warm smile. Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right beside SM Mall, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a wide selection of Filipino and western dishes, and the breakfast team were great. Cleo was especially helpful and greeted me each morning, while Krisheil made excellent omelets.

We loved having the walkway straight into SM Mall, and yes, we went there every single day hahahaha. We stayed at the hotel on our first night, checked out for the beach, then checked in again, and the tall, cute front desk guy with braces remembered us even though I can't recall his name. Jori, Jofrence, and Kneena had made our room so clean and tidy, and the welcome was incredibly warm. The other front desk staff were lovely too. Thanks for making our first trip to Bacolod City and the Philippines so memorable. We'll definitely come back. Big Salamat! 🙏🏻
