The rooms are spacious, and there’s a coffee and shake shop. The food is nice and the staff there are kind, though a 10% service charge gets added to the food bill after you order. The place is right by the road. Check-in took a while because the receptionists hadn’t been told about our reservation, but it was okay. They said the hot water runs on a solar pump, so it only works when there’s sun. The stay was alright overall.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the front desk officer was rude and disrespectful, which really disappointed me. Breakfast also needs work. The portions and choices weren’t enough for guests heading out on tours who need a filling meal. I’d be willing to pay a little more for a proper, balanced breakfast. The stay would have been much better with more courteous service and improved breakfast.

The location made getting around easy, with the tricycle terminal nearby and an ATM at Lime Hotel close by. The sea or hills look lovely from the back of the hotel. It’s decent for the price, and the room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was basic Filipino food, nothing special, which is understandable at the low rate. There’s a pool, though we didn’t get to use it. The building is still unfinished and there’s a lot of construction going on.

At 4,500 a night, I expected more. There was no TV, and the bathroom had no shower curtain or divider. After two days, I still couldn’t get clean towels, and there was no phone to call for someone to pick up the dishes.

The sheets and bed cover were wet, which made it uncomfortable to sleep with the AC on. The room also smelled unpleasant. We checked in very late, so there should have been plenty of time for the staff to clean and prepare the bed.
