We were very happy with our stay. Everything was easy and hassle-free, the staff were very friendly, and they were especially helpful with our PWD needs. A well-deserved five stars.

The Wi-Fi and A/C were good, and SM is within walking distance. There's also a Sanders very nearby for breakfast. After they changed my room, my stay improved a lot. The staff were very nice, the hot-water shower was good, and coffee was available in the foyer. There's no kettle in the room, though.

I'm very thankful to Ma’am Christine, who promptly and kindly helped sort out a major misunderstanding with our booking. The service was a 10/10, and we're looking forward to staying here!
