RedDoorz @ Junquera Extension Cebu

It's a cozy spot for a stay with family or friends, and the owner is hands-on since she lives nearby. The place is very accessible and close to SM Seaside Mall, probably a 15-18 minute drive by Grab or InDrive. There's a convenience store across the way for errands like getting cash at an ATM, buying food and drinks, or picking up essentials. I just wish there were more room attendants, since there are guests in the other rooms too. :)

The hotel's location was good, but the room and other things were neither good nor bad. I'm not sure whether the bed and pillow had been cleaned before we used them. I have sensitive skin, and it flared up, which usually happens when the bed isn't clean.

The room was clean and did the job, though it was smaller than I expected and had a noisy window AC unit. The pictures on Agoda showed bigger rooms with mini split units. When I asked to move to one of those, I was told there were only two, and both were occupied. I can't tell whether the misleading pictures were Agoda's mistake or the hotel's. There wasn't much explanation about RedDoorz. It seemed to be a partner, not the owner.

It was quiet, with no traffic, and a good price. Lots of things were not far away. The room was clean but old, and you need to ask or let them know if you want it cleaned on the second day.
