This was my second stay, and I'd come back again. I arrived around midnight, but they responded right away. The person in charge waited for me and showed me to my room, and she was polite with a warm smile. The room was clean, the AC was good, and the dark curtains made it easy to sleep for hours. Getting to the places I needed was easy, and Grab rides cost less. I appreciated the professional service.

The room itself was okay, but the staff member was hard to find and took hours to answer. I asked about washing clothes and got no response, and I couldn't rely on her when I needed anything. Then someone knocked at 9:45 in the morning to ask if we wanted to extend. Is checkout at 10? Almost nowhere has a 10 a.m. checkout. The place is quiet, but the map location isn't exact and you have to walk farther to reach grocery stores. Trike fares cost more than taxis. The toilet is cramped for taller or bigger people. There's a small fridge, and the pan heats badly, so be careful not to burn what you're cooking. There are only two outlets, neither by the bed, which makes charging a phone and computer difficult. They do have an extension cord for use near the cooking area and refrigerator.

It was quiet enough to work from home, and the place felt neat and comfortable. The host handled my last-minute requests quickly and professionally. I'd definitely return.

Getting around was the main drawback. The property is deep inside a barangay, with no nearby restaurants or laundry, and the closest minimarket is about a 10-minute walk. Taxis and trikes are hard to find, so without Grab on your phone you're stuck. An airport ride costs around 500 to 700 pesos. It's not convenient unless you have your own transport or business nearby. The room was just okay. Anyone over 180 cm and 90 kg probably won't fit comfortably on the toilet, since there's hardly any knee room. I needed to check out at 2:30 a.m. and couldn't find the property manager. It's not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. Apart from those issues, everything was perfect.

Nice, cozy place for the price. I did have to follow up to get towels, and the complimentary bottled water didn't arrive until around 9 p.m. It would be better if those things were ready for guests.
