Burgos Bed and Breakfast

Poor service and an unpleasant, unwelcoming staff. The female front desk worker was especially unprofessional in her attitude. They kept using maintenance as an excuse. Worst experience ever!

The shower pressure was weak, and the TV didn't work, it was just for display. The building is very old, with claustrophobic rooms and spaces, and it isn't worth the money. The farthest rooms have no Wi-Fi service, and the cell signal is very weak, so you have to go outside to find a usable signal. We reported this at the front desk, but the staff were unhelpful and not customer service oriented. It's also far from major destinations, so you have to walk a long way or deal with the difficulty of finding a taxi. Beware of Burgos Bed and Breakfast, or you may regret your stay in Baguio.

Even with major renovations going on during our visit, the staff were accommodating and the clean rooms made the stay relaxing and welcoming. The location is excellent, tucked away from the daily traffic but still just minutes from tourist spots. Each room has its own bathroom, and the toilet has a bidet. Definitely worth the price.

People had no manners and didn't disclose the information. If you're a client, I'd suggest going elsewhere, because they make you feel you're in the wrong when you ask questions.
