The quiet, beautiful setting and affordable price make this a hotel I’d recommend in Baguio. I especially enjoyed the amenities: the gym was well maintained, the bathtub was great for relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. The whole team was wonderful, with a special thanks to Clarissa and Patricia from F&B and the Front Desk team for being patient and welcoming. Breakfast was surreal. I loved the longganisa and fresh salad. The only small miss for me was the Puttanesca, which was a bit overcooked, but everything else was excellent.

Wright Park and The Mansion are a pleasant walk away, and the breakfast buffet, though modest in choices, had simple flavors that were satisfying and stayed with me. The rooms have an old fashioned feel, but they were immaculately clean. In cool Baguio, the electric fans were enough to keep me comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating.

We really enjoyed staying with you. The hotel is well maintained, the location is super, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was nice, big, and complete, really worth a 4 star rating. Parking was a bit challenging because there are limited slots, and I wish they’d update the TV. Otherwise, I had a great stay. The staff were accommodating, and the room was clean with good amenities.

I wish zero stars were an option. I booked two stays on different dates, one at COZY PINE and one at THIS REGRETFUL HOTEL. The customer service here was nowhere near as understanding as COZY PINE’s. A government warning had been posted for the Uwan weather around my booking dates, 10th 8th of Nov. Bus lines had even cancelled trips to Baguio because of the advisory. I asked to move my booking or cancel, but they wouldn’t allow the date change I requested and didn’t want me to cancel either. It felt like they expected guests to risk their lives just so the hotel could earn money. I don’t live in the Philippines and was only going to be here for two weeks before needing to return to my country of work. This ruined my short stay. 7 thousand plus pesos is not a small amount, especially for a fellow Filipino.
