The location is quiet and close to Grotto, though getting to the city center took around 30-40 minutes in traffic. It might be about 15 minutes outside peak times. Parking had room for about 10 sedans, first come, first served. The reception area is simple, but the staff are very accommodating and service minded. Special mention to Owell. Breakfast is free, with basic silog meals that are filling. I liked the sheets, pillows, and towels: they smelled fresh and felt crisp, clean, and fairly new. There was also a humidifier to help keep the room from smelling stuffy. I visited the city of Pines Dec 6-8, and I'll definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent, and parking was covered, with space for five cars. The hotel is 2 kms from the city. We left our car and commuted because of traffic. Taxis were plentiful as passengers often get dropped off in Mirador, and the Dominican jeep route is another option and the cheapest way to travel. I had a dispute at first when they wanted to charge 1,000 to bring my bike into the room. I couldn't see the logic when I had paid for the whole room. They eventually let me bring it in after seeing that my pickup, mounted bike, and bike rack were taking up a lot of the parking area. Wi-Fi was spotty. A clear sky seemed necessary for a good signal, usually in the morning, while afternoons and evenings were frustrating. This was the first hotel in Baguio where I'd had that problem. The corridor noise carries, and the house next door blocks what would otherwise be a full city view from the restaurant. Local beer was 150 per bottle, and they only served SMB pale, which was a letdown. Soju was 400 per bottle. There were lots of Koreans checking in, so I guess one of the owners is Korean. I was there for 3d/3n for a bike event. The stay was okay despite some small hiccups, but I won't come back because Baguio has many better options.

We liked the modern Asian feel, the spacious premium room, and how nice the sheets smelled. The hotel seems fairly new, has parking and decent Wi-Fi, and the location is convenient, within walking distance of Diplomate hotel and Mirador Eco Park. Check their FB page for occasional promos. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Our standard room felt short on ventilation when we arrived, so we upgraded. The premium room worked out well. They even offered to set our Grab-delivered Jolibee dinner on a table by the mini garden, which exceeded my expectations. There's no AC, but it was fine in 17-degree weather. They provided a fan, hot shower, and toiletries. Breakfast is plated. The food could improve, and it would be nicer served on ceramic plates instead of plastic takeout containers, but we still had a good stay.

The hotel was near some tourist attractions, and breakfast each day came in generous portions. We had a comfortable room with the amenities we needed and a nice atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Thanks especially to Toni and Owel for being so accommodating during our amazing 4D/3M stay.

We stayed for five days, and the rooms were clean. The staff were courteous and so accommodating that they exceeded my expectations. I asked them to arrange a surprise cake for David, and a staff member went out of her way to buy one and decorate the room. Frodo, the hotel's mascot, is everywhere and will melt your heart. If you don't like cats or are allergic, this hotel probably isn't for you. There's no restaurant yet, so tell the front desk if you want breakfast early or late, and they can have it delivered when you plan to eat. You can also choose no breakfast and ask whether they can get you pandesal or bread instead. They offer unlimited coffee. Let the front desk know if you need anything, like room cleaning, the gate opened, or help with slow internet. It's a new hotel and they're still improving, so give them a break.
