The security guards were the one bright spot. They were lovely, helpful, always smiling, and made my kids and extended family feel welcome and safe. The location was convenient too, about a 15-minute walk to SM and close to other places. The rest of the stay was a letdown. We paid extra for a larger room and beds, but the first room wasn't what we booked. Eventually we were moved to two rooms that were bigger than the first one, though still not what we paid for. The whole issue took three hours to resolve, which was especially hard with young kids and elderly parents. The manager wasn't on site, and the staff member there had to keep calling and messaging for answers. The manager also wasn't there when we left, so we couldn't speak to them then either. The room had only a thin white sheet, no blanket, and the cleaning was poor. There was rice and hair on the floor, and the sheets didn't look clean. The rooms weren't very good for the price, and the photos and description didn't match what we found. We also heard that people with bookings were being turned away for lack of rooms, so call ahead. I wouldn't recommend this place for a stress-free trip. The guards were the only part that made our visit better.

We got to Brenthill Suites a bit before our booking time, and EM, who I had been coordinating with, replied quickly. The arrangements with his team went smoothly, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were very accommodating, and the rest of my family loved the place.

The booking service was terrible. I had an online confirmation and even called the number Oyo listed on booking.com to check my travel dates again. But when I arrived, the accommodation was full. Nobody mentioned that during the call!

This deserves a rating below 1, honestly. The photos they put on the website definitely don't show the real place.
