We found plenty of places to eat within walking distance, including Good Taste and Jollibee, and City Hall is nearby too, though the walk there is uphill. Parking was available, and drinking water stations were easy to access. The breakfast was served as a plate, but the portion was decent and the dining area was roomy. Our family room was spacious enough, with a decent bathroom, closet, small refrigerator, safe, and TV. There wasn't much of a view from the window. The stairs aren't bad, as they say, though going up and down did give us some exercise. For a one-day visit, it's a reasonably priced and decent option. I booked through Agoda and could pay by card, but once there, they only accepted cash.

The room and common areas were very clean, and the staff stayed courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout. I also really liked their coffee. A few things weren't quite for me. I stayed with a toddler and would probably pick somewhere with more child-friendly amenities next time. The hotel is older, and although it was well maintained, the bathroom tiles, switches, and fixtures felt dated. Breakfast tasted good, but it was a set meal with few choices, and I missed having a buffet. There were a lot of stairs, even for deluxe rooms, which could be tough with kids or heavy bags. Borrowing a hair dryer or iron also meant leaving a ₱500 deposit, refundable when returned. I understand the policy, but found it a little inconvenient. For a last-minute booking it was practical and reasonable, though I wouldn't make it my first choice next time.

Breakfast was basic but filling: rice, one viand, an egg dish, fruit or vegetables, and soup, with coffee, juice, and water available. The room was clean and functional, enough for sleeping, keeping our bags, and showering. At this price, the hotel is good value if you're mainly out exploring and need somewhere handy to rest and leave your things. I'd recommend it as long as you know what to expect. Getting in involves a flight of stairs, and the entrance wasn't always staffed, so help with luggage might not be right there. The staff were accommodating at check-in and kindly carried our bags. Our room was on the third floor, which meant even more climbing. There's no elevator, so expect stairs throughout the stay. The location gets a 10/10 from me. The nightly rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included.

The room was okay, though there was no water, refrigerator, or bathrobe in it. They can lend you a hair dryer if you ask, but you leave a ₱500 deposit and get it back when you return it. I hadn't expected that, though I understand the reason. Breakfast was simple, with rice, soup, a choice of one of four meats, an egg that changes each day, and either vegetables or fruit. Iced tea and coffee were there too. It wasn't the international buffet some hotels have, but it was enough. Checkout went quickly, and the staff helped us right up to getting into a taxi. Without them, we might not have managed those stairs and continued our Baguio trip. We arrived in Baguio much earlier than planned and had nowhere to go, so we stopped at the hotel. No rooms were ready for early check-in, but the staff welcomed us at 3 AM and offered pillows and blankets so we could nap on the sofas. I really appreciated that kindness. Later, my companion was delayed, even though the reservation was in her name. The staff accepted a soft copy of her ID and let me check in and freshen up after a long day, which was a big relief.

A few annoyances were small bugs, an AC that wasn't working properly, limited parking, and the front desk being up on the second floor with no elevator. Still, the staff were warm and accommodating, the room was decent, and the bed fit two adults and a toddler comfortably. Breakfast was free, and we could walk to Burnham Park, Session Road, and SM Baguio, which made getting around Baguio easy.
