Premium Condo at Albergo, Baguio- Unit 741

Really liked staying here. It’s clean, easy to reach by public transport, and close to lots of places to enjoy around the City of Pines.

The room’s bunk bed was already unsafe when we arrived: its wooden support was broken, so we couldn’t use one of the beds. It seemed like the lower bunk could be seriously hurt if someone got on the upper one. We also had trouble getting our ₱2,000 deposit back. Before checkout we checked that everything was there, but afterward housekeeping said a mug was missing. It felt like they were looking for reasons to hold on to some or all of the deposit. The white towels were another issue. They got dirty with ordinary use, and we were charged as if that shouldn’t happen. If guests are meant to wash them, that should be in the rules, and there should be a washing machine. Towels are for using, and stains can happen. It was really disappointing to feel that housekeeping was trying to find fault so they could keep our money. Be cautious if you stay: inspect the room and take photos or videos both when you arrive and before you leave. We won’t book at Albergo again.
