The staff were very attentive and polite, and there are better restaurant choices within an easy walk. The hotel itself is a clean, stylish budget place, with modern, nice-looking rooms. There’s no fridge or safe, though it does have a phone book that’s several years old. The shower glass had a light soap haze and the bidet nozzle needed cleaning. Otherwise, it was nicely appointed. The bar was closed and the restaurant was so-so.

Public vehicles are right there along Legarda, which was handy. We accidentally booked this place, but felt the money was well spent. There were a few small flaws, though they were manageable. We had a deluxe room with a city view, which I think added to the cost.

We had trouble during our stay last December because the RFID wasn’t working, and nobody helped me while we were there. The front desk even insisted we stay in the same room. I won’t be back.

I’ve stayed in a dozen hotels, and this was one of my best experiences. The hotel has a great atmosphere, it was clean, and there were nice views as you stepped onto the balcony. The bed felt just right and the pillow was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and attractions. The staff were hospitable, friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was excellent. We had an amazing time at the Basmnt downstairs. If you like good music, Gab Aoyong is the best DJ in town. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the northern part of the 🇵🇭.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the staff were accommodating. We paid less than at the other hotel we’d booked, but this was so much better. The food was good too. Great value, and we’ll consider Ritz again next time we visit.
