Starwood Hotel

The beds are so small that they only seem big enough for two, even though staff insist they're suitable for four. The power outlets were damaged, the heater wasn't working, and customer service was poor. Please improve this.

The service was great, the food was nice, and the dishes looked clean, but the stay itself was confusing. I was there one night with my family and barely slept because the water pump was really loud. The room looked like an asylum, and the bed was a bit hard. I didn't expect this from a two-star hotel. Calling it “Luxurious” in the bio tricked me into thinking it would be a really nice place. My rating is 2.5/10.

The hot water was especially welcome in Baguio's chilly weather. The location is handy, close to many places to visit, and the price is reasonable for the quality. Still, the building feels old and could use renovation. Our room faced a barrier, with overgrown weeds and vine trees right outside the window, and it had a noticeable old smell that some people may find off-putting.

Room 214 had a good bathroom, but there were no towels on the first day. The air conditioner and cabinet were filthy, the mattress squeaked, the phone didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi had no internet.
