The rooms were big and clean, and breakfast was a small but excellent buffet. The staff were very friendly, and thanks for the free upgrade! It’s about 15 minutes from the airport, with an ATM next door. A very handy place for a short stay before or after a flight.

I was really upset by how my suitcase was handled. I arrived around 8:00 AM and understood that check-in wasn’t until 2:00 PM, so I asked to leave my bag and was told to put it off to the side. Later I overheard staff say some suitcases had accidentally been taken to the airport. Mine was among them. I got it back after checking in, thankfully, because the guest who received it was honest and didn’t claim it. This was completely unacceptable. The staff need to be more organized so this doesn’t happen again.

The hotel is close to the airport, and I had a great stay. My room was clean and neat, and the service was good.

I expected this hotel to be as good as Goldberry Hotel in the city center, where I’d stayed before, but I was wrong. The rooms are old and smell that way, and there’s mold throughout. The toilet doesn’t work properly, water pressure is very weak, and a good shower isn’t possible. The sheets had old stains all over, like blood, and the pillows were yellow with age. I asked for them to be changed. Honestly, for what you pay, you don’t get proper service. If you’re choosing between this place and Goldberry Hotel, I suggest Goldberry instead.

The staff were friendly, and the room was big enough and clean. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport, with a transfer every hour. But the air conditioner rattled badly, the water pressure was feeble, and breakfast was nothing special.
