The employees were very helpful, so they get five stars from me. Parking is limited and first come, first served, so bringing a car could be a hassle. Cleanliness gets 1/5: we saw cockroaches, the linen smelled off, and the shared bathroom and toilet weren't maintained. At least there was plenty of water. Fine for a quick backpacker stay, but not for a vacation.

The rooms are comfortable and affordable, with mountain views and terraces or balconies. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's also close to Mines View Park, Burnham Park, Wright Park, and SM baguio city.

We came across this place online and decided to try it. It soon became one of our favorite places to rest. The location is handy, near the main road and famous tourist spots in Baguio City. We had a comfortable, clean room, and the staff greeted us warmly. Check-in was smooth, and we'd definitely come back.

The front desk staff were unwelcoming and very inconsiderate, and I wouldn't recommend staying here with kids. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and the beds weren't comfortable to sleep in.

The desk employees were courteous and respectful, and the water pressure was good with a working heater. Parking is free, but first come, first served. We booked the basement room for eight people through Agoda because the listing advertised free breakfast. At check-in, we were told breakfast wasn't included, though we could order until 7 a.m. The room had no vents and smelled like wet laundry. The beds looked clean, but without ventilation it seemed like a perfect place for mites. We ended up sleepless and itching from invisible biters.
