Our room for two was near reception and had a very good Wi-Fi signal. They offer a variety of meals, and the hotel is near Victory Liner. Getting to SM Baguio, Skyranch Baguio, or the jeepney terminals takes an almost 2 kilometer walk. We paid 1200 for two people, but weren't satisfied with the room. The shower heater didn't work, and we only had one damp towel.
A simple, comfortable place to rest, with a very kind owner and staff. It's clean and budget friendly, so I'd recommend this transient place to anyone on a tight budget.
The staff are really nice, and the rooms are clean. The house is easy to find, with Burnham Park, the public market, bus station, and mall all about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Their water system is good, so there's no need to worry about water problems.
My stay was terrible. The room was so tiny that it seemed meant for one person, with only a bed, pillow, and blanket. There wasn't even a hanger for my pants. They charge P50 for a towel, which is wrong, and don't provide tissue paper, soap, or anything else. Don't stay here.
I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Our room was supposed to be a family room for five, but it was terrible: no electric fan or heater, and both the sink and bathroom door were dysfunctional. The rooms smelled bad, and the blankets were dirty, with hairs and tiny stones on them. It seemed they hadn't been washed. There was no housekeeping, no free shampoo or soap, and, worst of all, cockroaches. There are plenty of other inns in the city that cost less and offer excellent service.
