Bay's Inn Resort

We appreciated the little beach hut where guests can leave their things safely while they swim. The breakfast buffet was good, although the trays could be replenished sooner when they run out. Bay’s Inn Hotel has a great spot right on Sabang Beach, with lots of restaurants nearby, and there's a tricycle outside offering day tours around Baler, handy if you don't have a car. This was our second anniversary stay, and once again the room and bathroom were clean and well looked after. Toiletries and slippers were provided, and the staff were hospitable, greeting us warmly whenever they saw us. We had a very satisfying visit and would gladly give it 5/5.

We were there with my colleagues and hubby on April 2-3, 2026. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the staff were attentive and gave good service. The elevator moved slowly, which was inconvenient. Dinner took a long time, and we didn't enjoy the food. I wish the second-floor pool were open around the clock, especially for times when swimming in the sea isn't allowed. These are just my own preferences and experience, and may not match what other guests think.

The place had a relaxing feel, and everything seemed well maintained. We enjoyed the clean pool and lovely beach, and the staff were really friendly. Had a great stay and would come back.

The restaurant has plenty to choose from, the food tastes good, and the portions make the prices feel fair. Those smoothie bowls were especially great. The hotel is right in the center of the boardwalk, and the staff made us feel noticed and valued. It's the best place to stay in Baler. Queenie, the OJT, deserves a special mention. I miscounted and paid too much, and she searched all over the property to return the extra money. That kind of honesty made me feel safe and at ease. They also managed to accommodate my early check-in even though bookings were at their peak. I'll remember this stay.
