Mama Nene's Transient House

Room 6 had two double-deck beds, with space for two people on each level, plus a free single bed that could be placed on the floor. The AC cooled the room well, and it was comfortable enough. The bathroom had a shower without a heater and a toilet with a bidet. There are four stoves on the ground floor for guests to share, though the shared cooking area is small and can feel awkward with other people around. The only place to sit and drink late is the hallway, so just keep the noise down for guests in the other rooms. There are CCTVs, and the staff were kind and took good care of us. Their hospitality made us want to return. The location was handy, near Sabang beach and the city proper, with sari-sari stores across the road, a mineral water shop next door, and 7eleven and the public market nearby. The front parking fits only two cars, though staff said there was also parking behind the building.
