This was my third stay at Nalu, and it's always been comfortable. The accommodation is simple but clean. Nalu Sandbar served generous portions, and the food didn't disappoint. Staff are super approachable, and plenty of good cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the premium 2 floor huts and had a great time. The beachfront view was lovely, and it's right in the middle of everything, with food and 711 among the places an easy walk away. The BBQ at the resto was good too. I wish the room had a refrigerator, but I'd still come back. Three thumbs up.

The location was great, but the service made the stay unbearable. The rooms weren't being taken care of, and room service never came. Don't expect it. We were a family group of 14 and ordered breakfast in advance. The menu was small, and only a few items were available. Delivery was still late, and the food was really bad, despite the lovely sea view we expected to start the day with. I asked three times for a slice of butter, but nobody came to say it wasn't available. I had to go to the counter myself. Dinner had the same limited options. The food was tasteless, and delivery was sloppy. The resort needs a lot of improvement, and I'm sure there isn't a management team overseeing it. I'd never come back and wouldn't recommend it. There are surely other places to stay.
