The staff were kind and helpful, and the place itself was quiet, with a small balcony over the water where lots of fish swim. But getting there was a hassle: the Agoda address didn't match the location, even though Google Maps showed the right place, so we drove about 20 km the wrong way. Our room's AC screeched like an airplane, and we had to switch it off at night. The mattress was so thin we could feel the wooden slats underneath, so we didn't sleep well.

The grounds look lovely, but the rooms are badly maintained. The sheets and towels were old and covered in stains, and the floor had lizard droppings all over it. The air conditioner was as loud as a generator. When I arrived to check in, I rang the bell three times and no one came. There were no toiletries either. I stayed one night, and it was a horrible experience. Just a heads-up for other travelers.

We've held meetings and conferences here because it's only six kilometers from our office. The Department of Agrarian Reform in Ifugao also often runs farmer seminars at this place. The service is good, and it works well for wedding, birthday, and anniversary celebrations.
