Cockroaches everywhere, stained towels and sheets, and no welcome pack even though the listing said one was provided. We booked a family room but ended up with one bed. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the lady sitting outside. The way she treated guests was really unprofessional. Worst hotel we've stayed in. Never stay here. They are scammers!

Food options are plentiful downstairs, and Jollibee is open 24/7. I stayed Aug 3-4 in Room 510, paying 800+ php, and it was a really good stay for the price. The room was spacious, with AC that cooled it enough to use the blanket. The hot and cold shower worked, and toiletries for two were provided. There was a TV, though not a smart TV. The sheets and bath towels felt and smelled freshly cleaned. Most importantly, I didn't see any bed bugs or cockroaches during my stay. A water heater, hanger and wifi would be good additions.

No towels or in-room wifi, and the towel rack was broken. They don't provide guest kits either. Don't go here.

I stayed for four days, and they didn't tell us about some of the policies when we checked in. I think they may be keeping them from clients, such as the rule about using a flat iron and alcohol. At checkout, I was charged 500 pesos. That charge wasn't included in the property policies posted on their website. I hope they'll be honest and explain these other policies in advance so guests know about them.
