I asked to leave my luggage for a little while after checkout so I could buy a few things before leaving the city. They said there was nowhere to store it and told me to take it along, though most hotels have somewhere for guests’ bags. The room was clean enough, but had almost no facilities. The bathroom was so tiny I could barely turn around, with no mirror, and the water heater didn’t work. It was a terrible setup. I’ve been in the Philippines for 20 days, and this was honestly my worst experience so far. You can find hotels with much better facilities and service for the same price or less. Definitely not recommended.

Just horrible. A family was kicked out in the middle of the night over a glitch in Agoda, and the room had broken AC power, a smelly CR, mosquitoes everywhere, and a defective TV. The receptionist seemed too busy flirting to book properly or check for SPI, then was rude. Was the security staff drinking on duty?

The rooms were awful, with a broken bed and broken stairs on the bunk bed. Service was poor, and even the front desk hung up on customer calls. Very disappointing, not recommended.

The aircon was too loud, its knobs were broken, and the clothesline was broken too. Linens weren’t clean, the room wasn’t soundproof, and outside noise came right in. There was no phone to call the front desk, and the electricity was cut off. The service was poor, with disrespectful staff, bad attitudes, and no manners. Maybe they were trying to show off for a promotion or raise. What a terrible experience. Never again.
