The room had no kettle, clothes rack, or toiletries, and guests have to leave a refundable 1000 peso deposit. With no elevator, I wouldn't choose it for a long stay, and it isn't accessible for people with disabilities. I also saw small black worms coming out between the bathroom tiles, so cleanliness needs attention. The staff were okay and the cleaning lady was nice, but they need more customer service training. I booked because it was the cheapest place near Philippine General Hospital for my baby's doctors' appointments. I thought I'd found a good deal, but the owner's approach changed that. I paid for five nights through Agoda using vouchers, then at check-in the receptionist said they no longer accepted bookings below 1000 pesos a night. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at 7 pm, and I had my disabled child with me. There were no other hotels nearby, and getting a refund through Agoda sounded like a hassle, so I paid another PHP1941 for the five nights. Other Google reviews say this new policy started in the first week of February 2026. I booked on February 25th, 2026, for a March 12, 2026 check-in. They had 14 days to tell me by phone, text, or email and never did. They could have cancelled the Agoda booking for incorrect pricing, but instead left the low price up and surprised guests when they arrived. I spent six years as a manager at the biggest booking platform in the US, and this hotel seems suspicious to me. I've never seen this sort of extra charge blamed on a new owner policy. Zero customer service. I wouldn't recommend it. Be careful booking, and read the reviews.

The family suite has a queen bed and a bunk bed, but they still charge extra for three or more guests. In the room, the toilet was frustrating: even after flushing several times, the poop stayed in the bowl. Rooms are okay, but there's no elevator, the second floor wifi doesn't work, and there's no free soap, shampoo, or water. No fridge either. Warning about online reservations, especially Agoda: they may cancel your booking and make you pay the walk-in rate because they don't like online promotions or discounts. You have to request the refund yourself, and an online refund can take a week or less.

The room and bathroom were clean, though the floor and table felt sticky and the bathroom rug was obviously dirty. The space itself was decent, but those details could use more attention. My Agoda booking for a single room was just over ₱600. When I arrived, the receptionist said I had to add ₱497 because they no longer accepted bookings under ₱1000. Nobody had told me beforehand by Agoda message, call, or text, and they didn't offer me the option to cancel in the app. Since it was nighttime and I had nowhere else to go, I paid. Being put in that position without notice felt unfair and unprofessional. I hope management fixes how they handle bookings and communicate with guests.

The location's the only good part. The room smelled moldy and had black mold all over. The shower holder was broken and taped in place, and the bed was too small for two. Staff didn't help with the luggage and seemed to have no hospitality training. Take your business elsewhere, beware.

Getting around is easy from here, with transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, small food places, a spa, and malls nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly. There isn't an elevator, so handling large suitcases is difficult. Maybe someone can help you with them.
