The bed and linens were crisp and nice, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel has wheelchair access. Parking is limited, though Robinsons Mall has overnight parking. I paid ₱540 from 7pm to 11:30am the next day. It wasn't very quiet, even on the 7th floor, and I could hear jeepneys below. The walls are really thin too. My neighbor watched TV until midnight, and in the morning I could hear someone else talking on their phone. Bring earplugs. It's good value if you don't have a budget.

The noise was the main problem during my 10 days here. I could hear neighbors even when their doors closed, and the hollow doors and lack of soundproofing didn't help. I often woke up at 3am to noise and couldn't tell where it was coming from. The hotel was clean and nicely located near the mall, restaurants, laundry, banks, spa, and other places. Hope this helps.

It was an okay, practical place for a short stay or travel layover. Cleaning wasn't very good in my experience, and I think it depends on who is assigned to the room. Still, it wasn't bad.

✅ Affordable, with cold AC, a clean, fresh-smelling room, and free drinking water. If you're running errands around Ermita, Robinsons Manila is within walking distance. ❌ The thin walls let in street noise, and it felt like I was sharing a room with the strangers next door. I could hear their toilet flushing and even their shower. At midnight, someone's snoring kept me from getting a good night's sleep. There were no slippers or toothbrush, and the towels were overused and need replacing.
