The location makes it easy to reach nearby malls and tourist spots, and it's good value if you mainly need somewhere to rest. We were there for three days and two nights, in a room on the second floor. The building has an elevator. We had toiletries, slippers, bottled water, a kettle with two mugs, and a fridge we used for food and drinks. We bought coffee outside and didn't check whether the kettle worked. There was a TV with an ABS-CBN Blackbox, but it isn't a smart TV, so it may not suit anyone looking for a “Netflix and chill” staycation. We were satisfied with the room, though the air-con wasn't cold enough and leaked water. There's no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet and messy after use.

The location was nice and the rooms were spacious, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. I was there for 5 days. The bed was the only new thing, and it was orthopedic. The building needs renovation, the toilet isn't suitable for men, and the air conditioning wasn't enough. There was also a lot of construction noise.

Bars next door made it really noisy, and the building needs renovation. I stayed 5 days and had to change rooms 3 times because the air-conditioning kept stopping. If you do stay, get a room at the back. The water pressure was low and the shower didn't work, so I had to use a bucket and water scoop, called a tabo in Tagalog. The faulty shower head did heat the water. I can't recommend this hotel.

I stayed for almost 2 months and felt comfortable in the rooms. They have windows, which is nice at this budget-friendly price, and I felt safe with the accommodating, professional staff. My room had a fridge, hot shower water, and a full set of toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable slippers, shampoo, and conditioner. There were also 2 bottled water and 2 towels. They offer 4 room types in different sizes and prices. You can check Agoda for details.

The Agoda refund came through, and I moved to hotel celeste makati. That made me realize how much the surroundings matter: the roadside there felt clean and safe, without all the pubs and discos. Before that, I'd booked this hotel when its review score was 4.4, but after checking in I felt the good reviews were fake. To me, it wasn't worth 1 star. There were disco pubs all around, with girls standing outside, and I wouldn't suggest the area for a solo woman or families with kids. Loud music came into my room every day from 9pm to 6am, even with earplugs. The floor was uneven enough to make me feel dizzy standing on it. Water from the heater came out slowly and in a small amount. They were building a lift, with loud renovation noise starting at 9am daily. The noise in the room, day and night, was crazy.
