Getting around Manila was easy from here, since the Doroteo Jose LRT station is right next door. I stayed a few nights and found the staff incredibly polite and attentive. The room was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet could use more options, and the building is starting to look its age. Still, it was a solid place for a short visit if convenience and service matter more to you than luxury.

The LRT station at D jose stn. is within walking distance, which makes this a great base for exploring the manila area. The rooms were clean, the aircon was cold, and the internet was fast. Staff were friendly, and the food was delicious.

The service, staff, and security were awesome, but the room was well below average. We were told we'd been upgraded to a Premier room, yet it still wasn't great. The beds were harder than rock, the worst I've ever slept on, and the noise kept us awake. The rooms need maintenance and an upgrade, and the breakfast buffet wasn't great either.

The food was great and the staff were responsive. The function room needs work, though, and some rooms have no windows. The shower room could use improvement too. They say there are dozens of ghosts here, so please exorcise the whole building.

My best friend and I stayed five nights to meet my sister. The staff were fantastic, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and there was plenty to drink. 😊
