Sir Matt really made our stay special. He was always ready to help and checked that we were comfortable. The rest of the team were friendly and accommodating too, and maintenance quickly sorted out a small odor trap issue. We booked the Suite Room and Deluxe Queen Room at University Pad for my son's birthday. The place was clean and comfortable, and my family had a great time. It felt like a home away from home, and made for a memorable family celebration. We’d recommend it and would stay again.

The kids had fun using the indoor pool and gym. UPad Hotel was really clean, and the staff were accommodating and kept greeting guests. It was also very convenient for getting to our event.

We stayed five days for ncr palaro, and the location was so convenient. Great experience, the staff were bait, accommodating, and easy to approach. I can definitely recommend it. God bless all the staff 🙏😍

It’s easy to get around from here, with the LRT Station, banks, and convenience stores nearby. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, and they responded quickly when we needed something. I’d recommend the service.

The food and drinks were delicious, and I liked that they fit the Halloween theme. Upad Hotel put on a fun event, with creative spooky decorations everywhere and lots of spots for pictures. The staff were friendly and put a lot into making it memorable. We enjoyed the costume contest, themed buffet, and live entertainment. It was a day of laughs and chills, and I’m looking forward to next year’s event! 👏🎃✨
