Pension Ivatan

Tita Tess, the owner, set up an al fresco dinner for my family on their view deck as a compliment for our stay. That was such a lovely touch. We stayed five days with family and relatives while on vacation in Batanes, and had an amazing time at Pension Ivatan. The rooms were spacious and smelled good, with fresh, clean linens. It’s only a few meters from the airport. There’s a travel agency, restaurant, and bakery on the ground floor. The food was great, the service excellent, and the staff were all approachable and accommodating. ❤️

Tita Tess and all the staff were so accommodating, and they paid attention to our concerns. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. We had a great time, and the food was great too. We’ll definitely come back. 💗💕

The place felt cozy, with a nice atmosphere, and it was clean. The food was a letdown, though. We ordered a smaller serving from the menu, but they brought the same dish in a bigger portion, so we were charged more. When we asked the server how much it cost, she said she didn’t know.

Pension Ivatan is just one street away from the airport, and you can walk to both the church and the market. The rooms are clean and smell nice, and the food is really good. The staff are friendly, especially Jason the Hotel Manager. Two thumbs up!
