Lalies Inn

The location made it easy to get to the places we wanted to see in Bohol, including the Chocolate Hills and Danao Adventure Park. I came with three friends, and Lalie’s Inn was clean, cozy, and just right for our group. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a comfortable place at an affordable price.

Lalie's Inn is conveniently placed in the middle of Bohol, with easy access to the island's sights. Less than two miles away, turn left toward Chocolate Hills, ATVs, and the Adventure Park in Carmen; to the right are Bilar Manmade Forest and Loboc River floating restaurant. Sevilla hanging bridge and other adventures are also nearby. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed our night in town. After arriving late and checking in, we walked just a few steps to the plaza, where there are pickleball courts, basketball and tennis courts, street food, and a dancing fountain. Local kids were playing and laughing in the park, and we played basketball with the locals, who were so much fun. We took a picture at 'I love Batuan' and walked back. Locals greeted us and invited us to eat and drink at the store where they were celebrating a birthday. The next day we visited St James church, which was amazing and a pleasant surprise. The inn has a quiet, peaceful small-town feel, and people were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The town also feels safe, with the police station a few steps away and officers on duty around the clock, the health center next door open 24 hours with an ambulance ready, and the mayor living a few houses away.

It’s a short drive to waterfalls and hiking trails. Lalie’s Inn sits in the middle of Bohol, close to the Chocolate Hills, ATV rides, Bilar Man Made Forest, Loboc floating restaurant, and Sevilla hanging bridge.

Lovely courtyard garden, right beside the rice fields, and the people are super kind. Recommended!
