The breakfast was great and the location is good, but the rest of the stay left a lot to be desired. The shower had cold water but no hot, and the water pressure was so poor that even at full flow the water barely reached halfway across the shower floor. The shower space seems far too ambitious for that pressure. The TVs were old or damaged, the channels barely worked, and the channel guide was badly out of date. Events woke us very early, despite how much they charge. Wi-Fi was available, but the connection in the center plaza was among the worst I've experienced, not even good enough for a phone call. We raised all these problems, but the fixes didn't help, so we changed hotels. It feels like they invested when they first built the place and then stopped upgrading or maintaining it. With the location being the main draw, we'd have been better off at a cheaper place or one at the same price with better quality.

They've got the only decent hotel in the area, and they know it. The room and amenities are average for pretty high prices. Still, the room was clean, the front desk was helpful, and breakfast was decent, so I'll give it five stars. I wish there were other nearby options to keep them competing, but this place will do.

The room is nice, though the place costs a bit much. I'd skip the LOFT: you'll be going up and down the stairs constantly, even for a shower or toilet visit.

We spent 3 nights in the loft room. It was clean, tidy, and nice, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and tasted good. The service was prompt and professional, and we have no complaints. Thank you. Anthony & Silvana Coakley Adelaide Australia.

Our family stopped over here, and the spacious loft room was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked being right in the middle of town, with things we needed within walking distance. We'll try to come back if we get the chance.
