Panglao Regents Park

The pool was spacious and well kept, a nice place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had plenty of tasty choices at reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and very friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms felt roomy, modern, clean, and comfortable. Alona Beach is just a few minutes away on foot, making this a handy base for exploring the island. I had a great stay and would recommend the resort for a peaceful visit to Panglao.

We had a nice, quiet anniversary stay as a couple on a budget. It's within walking distance of Alona's evening festivities, close enough for a stroll after dinner. The restaurant across the street, where we stayed on the west side, served amazing food and had nice staff. A few things could be better. There were no floor mats to dry our feet after a shower, and the pool had too much chlorine. The bathroom itself was modern. The TV had various channels, but the audio became distorted after a while. I tried to order from the room, but the assistance barcode wouldn't work. I also wasn't sure if our room simply had no telephone. At check-in the receptionist explained the hotel details well and was alright, though the person who showed us to our room was quiet, awkward, and not very welcoming.

The location was convenient, near restaurants and within walking distance of Alona Beach. The receptionist explained things clearly, including the ₱1,000 deposit, but the room made our stay uncomfortable. There was no drinking water there, and getting to a refill meant a long walk, which was difficult with my daughter. Our room was in a very dark area, making the path hard and a little unsafe at night. They should add proper lighting. The bathroom floor was slippery and there was no non-slip mat. My daughter nearly fell, and I was lucky to catch her.

The location was good, but traffic outside made the rooms really noisy. They weren't clean, the staff weren't very service-minded, and we didn't get towels until the day after we arrived.
