Casita Isla Beach Inn

The beach and road are both an easy short walk away, which made getting around for activities convenient. We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were kind and accommodating.

Ging was the only person working there, and she was always smiling and approachable. Our room and bathroom were clean, with enough room for three of us, and filling drinking bottles at the second-floor water dispenser was handy. Check-in was quick, just a signature in the manual register. The biggest draw is the location in Station 1, only about a 10-second walk from the beach. The curtains had to stay closed because the property opposite looked right into the room. We could hear people talking on the road, though it was manageable, and noise from the beach restaurants wasn't loud. Staff at the seafood restaurant across the way could be pushy about getting us to eat there, which got on our nerves at times.

For the price, I felt I had most of what I needed to enjoy Boracay. The kitchen window looked toward the beach, so I could check the weather, the shore, and people passing by. The location is along an alley off the main road, with another way in near the astoria hotel. It's very close to the Station 1 beachfront and only a few steps from Station 2 and its busy activity. My room was roomy and came with a TV, AC, hot and cold shower, mini fridge, dining table, kitchen, mugs, plates, glasses, kettle, toiletries, towels, and a dental kit. There were also two free coffee sticks. I didn't find bottled water or slippers in the room, though I may have forgotten to ask.

It’s less than a minute from the beach, and the location is perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled nice, with a good shower and a comfy bed and pillows. The staff were polite and so accommodating. Ms Honey and Tin, the owners, were friendly and quick to respond to emails and questions. Loved staying here.
